Executive Chef - Cape Town City Centre

Minimum requirements:
  • Qualification in Culinary Arts or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head chef in a 5-star hotel or high-quality establishment
  • Proven track record of menu development and kitchen management
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
  • Own transportation is essential
  • Basic computer literacy
