Executive Secretary & HR Administrator - 4 Month Contract R12000.00 / Johannesburg North

Our client an upmarket dealership, is looking for a dynamic candidate with excellent communication, and writing skills, fluency in both verbal and written communication, and a strong background in Excel proficiency. Tertiary HR or Business Administration is required for this role.

Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and prepare communications on the executive's behalf. Attend meetings and keep minutes, maintain comprehensive and accurate records, organise meetings, sending reminders, and organise catering when necessary, answer phones in a polite and professional manner, welcome visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the CEO. Manage the executive's calender, including making appointments and prioritising the most sensitive matters, handle confidential documents, ensuring they remain safe. Support the HR department, act as the first point of contact for HR related queries from employees and external partners. Main admin duties include, maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents e.g. employment records and onborading guides, and updating internal database.
