This is a remote position. Position: Expert Travel Consultant Location: Remote / Work from Home but based in Southern Africa Salary: ZAR35k – 38k negotiable, Plus Monthly target bonus, Plus Medical aid coverage, Plus Paid vacation Are you passionate about crafting unforgettable travel experiences? Key Responsibilities: Utilize your intimate knowledge of East and Southern Africa to curate exceptional travel experiences for our clients. Handle client inquiries and bookings promptly and professionally, providing personalized service that exceeds expectations. Demonstrate confidence and expertise when communicating with international clients, particularly those from North America. Manage client relationships throughout the travel planning process, ensuring seamless experiences from start to finish. Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience as a travel consultant, with a focus on luxury travel. In-depth knowledge of East and Southern Africa, including popular destinations, accommodations, and activities. Ability to work flexible hours, particularly evenings and weekends to accommodate North American client calls. Strong communication skills and the ability to build close rapport with our high net-worth FIT clients. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets.
