Reference: BOK004108-LW-1Construction company in Midrand area seeking an EXPORT SALES MANAGER with structural experience (Sub Saharan) Qualifications: 5 years of solutions and/or consultative commercial sales experience in Construction Building industry in Sub-Sahara Africa. (must have travelled internationally) Familiarity with export documentation, cross-border duties, and regulations. Strong understanding of financial return metrics Requirements:Active business development of export opportunities for all products and brand.Identify opportunities and successfully pursue these opportunities for the sales growth in the Sub-Saharan region.Actively manage existing export customers and establish weekly, monthly, or quarterly routines (SOP and commercial).Maintain database of customers and markets for pre-seed, expansion, and license opportunities.Maintain end-to-end tracking process for indirect customers.Evaluate and execute price adjustments in line with growth initiatives.Collaborate with PPM, supply and logistics manager, and back-office to streamline customer experience R 700 000 - R 900 000 - Annually
