Role Purpose: As an External Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing, engagement, and communication plans that align with our strategic objectives. Your expertise will drive the creation of compelling campaigns and initiatives aimed at engaging multiple stakeholders and enhancing brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing and communication. Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor campaigns for various marketing purposes. Contribute to the formulation of marketing strategies and policies. Design and implement consumer-focused marketing and communication plans. Continuously enhance the effectiveness of marketing and communication activities. Foster stakeholder relationships to develop impactful campaigns. Provide clear and concise briefs in response to needs. Offer guidance on creative ideas and concepts for marketing endeavors. Ensure seamless collaboration within the business unit to deliver exceptional service. Manage stakeholder expectations and campaign timelines effectively. Oversee the delivery of consumer campaigns on schedule and within scope. Assist in preparing collateral to represent the brand externally. Engage and influence the marketing value chain to deliver high-quality initiatives. Drive the implementation of communication and marketing strategies in alignment with business objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Communication or Marketing (B.Com. preferred). 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in external web management and core marketing campaigns. Experience in financial services or FMCG sectors is advantageous. Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills. Proven problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills.
