Key Performance Areas

Sales Excellence & Market Penetration (40% Weight):
  • Lead the charge in not only meeting but exceeding sales and gross profit targets.
  • Employ advanced market analysis and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
  • Strategically penetrate untapped markets by offering customized solutions that align with diverse customer needs.

Deep Customer Engagement (25% Weight):
  • Elevate customer relations to a partnership level, engaging in deep conversations to understand their unique challenges and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Utilize feedback to refine product offerings and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Rigorous Administration & CRM Mastery (20% Weight):
  • Beyond basic reporting, leverage Dynamics CRM to gain strategic insights into customer behavior, sales trends, and potential opportunities.
  • Ensure meticulous record-keeping for all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions to enable data-driven decision making.
  • Upholding Corporate Integrity
  • Commit to the highest standards of professional conduct, ensuring all sales activities are transparent, ethical, and in full compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

Brand Advocacy & Networking (15% Weight):
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador at industry events, networking opportunities, and within the broader community.
  • Cultivate a positive public image and engage in activities that enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Compliance & Safety Advocacy:
  • Champion compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and occupational health and safety guidelines.
  • Foster a culture of safety and quality, ensuring that all activities are conducted in line with national standards and corporate policies.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Ability to meet non-negotiable deadlines and sales targets.
  • Must be able to work independently and within a team.
  • Ability to relate to people at all levels in an organization.
  • Proven ability to get things done quickly, strong work ethic and be able to deliver within a pressurized environment.
  • Must have excellent MS Office skills.
  • Proven track record of ability to utilize online research platforms.
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics sales platform is an advantage.
  • Above average command of English and Afrikaans (added advantage if the candidate can speak another South African languages).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target driven.
  • Valid unendorsed drivers License.
