Minimum Education: Matric

Minimum Experience: 5 years experience in freight forwarding with knowledge of air and sea freight seeking position in sales or 5 years freight forwarding sales experience

Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:

Identify potential customers and new business opportunities
Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with clients or prospects to understand their needs, present services, and address any questions or concerns.
Develop a deep understanding of the services offered by the company. Be able to communicate their advantages, and benefits to customers effectively.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals that are mutually beneficial for both the customer and the company.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Provide post-sales support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth delivery or implementation process.
