What Youll Do:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with corporate clients.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our marketing and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Present & Persuade: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that highlight our value propositions.
  • Analyse: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve our offerings.

  • Sales Savvy: Proven track record in B2B sales, with a knack for closing deals and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive, results-driven individual who thrives on achieving goals and overcoming challenges.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems, MS Office, and the latest sales tools and technologies.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 5 years external commercial/corporate direct sales and new business development background
  • Minimum of 2 years solutions sales experience (e.g. SaaS/IT/ICT/Security/Telecoms/Technology/Technical sales)
  • Established corporate client database (network) within the following industries (Transport/Cold Chain Logistics/Logistics/Engineering/Mining/Agricultural/Construction any company with fleet)
  • Strong cold calling and pipeline growth background with actual figures to compare.
  • Strong closing ratios.
  • Strong performers with background in business/commercial direct sales to companies and not consumers/ private individuals.
  • Completed Matric
  • Valid drivers licence (not expired)
  • Tech and software solution savvy.
