They are committed to powering progress with their innovative solutions, and they're on the lookout for a dynamic External Sales Representative to join their Cape Town branch. - Cultivate and deepen relationships with a diverse client base, from end users to major industry players. - Spearhead commercial and industrial project sales with unwavering focus and determination. - Create and maintain a robust customer database, tracking relationships and influences. - Generate and expand customer growth, exceeding sales targets with finesse. - Craft compelling customer proposals, reports, and quotations, showcasing your attention to detail. - Deliver engaging presentations and training to clients, enhancing their product knowledge. - Represent the company at exhibitions and provide bespoke customer training as needed. - Analyze sales data for your territory, providing insightful reports and forecasts. - A tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering is preferred but not mandatory. - At least 3-4 years of proven sales experience in the electrical or automation industry. - Familiarity with electrical industry standards and instrumentation is highly beneficial. - Willingness to travel nationally, showcasing your adaptability and commitment. - Computer literacy is a must, as is geographical knowledge of the Western Cape and Eastern Cape. - A valid driver's license and a roadworthy vehicle are required. - Professionalism, passion, and motivation are the fuel to your sales success. - Exceptional interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution, negotiation, and relationship building. - Independence and team collaboration skills are equally prized. - A strong understanding of customer relationships and needs analysis is key.
