The sucessfull candidate will need to ensure future sales are generated by driving sales growth and building strong relationships with stakeholders in the Building & Construction Industry, Contractors and distributor network. To maintain relationships with existing clients and to maximize market segments of a range of products. Responsible for sales growth Achieve and exceed monthly/annual targets as pre-determined by budget and forecast Generate new business opportunities and maintain a sales pipeline for future business Provide sales and customer support to existing and potential clients Monitor new developments in the industry to increase market share and identify the need for potential new products and services Present products to future clients and professionals to ensure that they are kept informed of existing and/or new products and services Conduct presentations and facilitate training Emphasis on understanding, meeting and exceeding customer needs whilst driving sales growht and building strong customer relationships Skills and Abilities: Advanced communication skills and interpersonal skills Advanced presentation skills and written communication skills Highly motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision Well organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving Innovative and persuasive The ability to build client loyalty and trust Excelleng product knowledge Requirements: Matrict / Grade 12 Proven track record in a similar role 5 years minimum sales experience Excellent selling and negotiation skills Excelleng computer skills (Excel, Work & Outlook) Valid Drivers License Selling experience in the Construction and/or Manufacturing industry will be an advantage Tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing will be an advantage Market Related
