M Bond Engineering is 25 years old this year, and we are looking for a motivated, dedicated, experienced and organised external sales representative to join our expanding team in Saxenburg Park 2, Blackheath, Cape Town. We're seeking a results-oriented professional to sell our core products and services, which include water pumps, electric motors & steel fabrication services. M Bond Engineering offers a good sales incentive scheme which rewards targets being met. - Serve customers by selling our products and meeting our customers' needs. - Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organising daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. - Cold calling on farms, factories and other businesses etc. - Take calls and prepare technical quotes. - Takes own initiave, and submits quotes by referring to price lists and product literature. - Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. - Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related sales results as needed. Skills & Experience: - Great Customer Service Experience - Closing Skills - Territory Management - Prospecting Skills - Negotiation Tactics and Social Engineering Ability - Self-Confidence - Presentation Skills - Good at Fostering Client Relationships - Possesse an Internal Motivation for Sales Qualifications: - High school Matric Certificate - Two to Three years of water pump, electric motor or technical industry sales experience - Familiarity with laptops & office software & Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets - Code 08 drivers licence which must be valid Additional - No criminal record please - RSA citizens only, based in Cape Town or Surrounds - Proof of previous earnings required - Excellent references required at previous employer (Not negotiable) Pay: From R10 000,00 basic per month with Cell Phone, Vehicle, Laptop and an Attractive Industry Leading Commission Package starting at 10% on GP depending on experience, age and previous salary.
