Proven experience as a Factory Manager, with a focus on cabinetry manufacturing and installation.
Strong understanding of cabinetry design, manufacturing processes, and installation techniques.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Responsibilities:

Production Oversight:

Manage day-to-day factory operations, focusing on cabinetry manufacturing and assembly.
Monitor production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure all manufactured cabinetry meets design and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.

Resource Management:

Efficiently allocate resources, including skilled labour, machinery, and materials specific to cabinetry manufacturing.
Coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels for cabinetry components.

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate the cabinetry manufacturing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to enhance team capabilities.

Process Optimization:
