Role: Factory Manager Location : Springfield Park, Durban SA Industry : Glass & Aluminium Min Requirements: Matric Computer literate – Excel, Word, Outlook Experience: Minimum 5 years in running an Aluminium Factory. Production planning. Processing of Job cards. Manage Production team - Ability to handle the factory staff, Discipline, timesheets. Employee Performance management. Health & Safety and maintaining a safe working space. Machinery – Have knowledge of machines in the production of aluminium windows and doors, shopfronts and curtain walls. AAAMSA & SAGGA – have knowledge of regulations in the aluminium and glass industry. Scheduling of regular maintenance of equipment. Quality control of all material entering and leaving factory. Procurement – procurement and ordering of materials, glass and consumables just in time. Compile Management reports. Manage production schedule and co-ordinate the process with production office team. Work a 6-day week. R 30 000 - R 50 000 - Monthly
