Reference: NEL011411-SH-2 The Factory Mart Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient maintenance of stock levels, handling sales transactions, and ensuring accurate daily cash-ups and reconciliations. This role includes supervising personnel, engaging in active sales, and maintaining excellent customer service.
