As the Factory Supervisor (Welding Foreman) , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing their welding operations. Your leadership will ensure that welding activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with industry standards. You will manage a team of skilled welders, ensuring productivity targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Supervise and coordinate welding operations within the factory. Ensure adherence to welding procedures and quality standards. Train, mentor, and evaluate welding personnel to enhance performance. Monitor production schedules and allocate resources effectively. Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety regulations. Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve issues. Proven experience as a Welding Foreman or similar role in the steel manufacturing industry. Matric (Non-negotiable. ) Red seal qualified – Welder In-depth knowledge of welding processes, equipment, and materials. Strong leadership and communication skills.
