MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous
Min of 5 years previous farm work experience
Experience or knowledge in the following advantageous:
- Dairy
- Livestock (sheep, goats, camels, buffalo & horses)
Must be well-organised with great leadership qualities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with and motivate a team
Being maintenance/mechanically
Somebody who can take ownership and works independently and proactively
Valid drivers license
