Our client specializes in poultry farming, particularly chick brooding and layer chicken production, and is seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Manager to oversee their operations. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Farm Manager to join our client's team and take responsibility for the day-to-day management of their poultry farming operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the farm. Key Responsibilities: Directly report to the General Manager and work closely with them to execute operational strategies and achieve business objectives. Assume full responsibility for the management of the farm, including overseeing all aspects of poultry farming operations. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement among farm staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Maintain a deep understanding of poultry farming best practices and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold high standards of health, safety, and environmental practices on the farm. Requirements: Previous experience in a managerial role within the poultry farming industry is essential. A strong understanding of poultry farming practices, including chick brooding and layer chicken production, is required. Ideal candidates will have experience working in diverse cultural environments. While a degree in agriculture or related field is preferred, candidates with relevant experience will also be considered. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and foster a collaborative work environment.
