Job Overview: • Achieve departmental sales targets in accordance with budget expectations. • Optimize sales through effective use of selling space, display arrangements, store layouts, and comprehensive commercial sales strategies, including demonstrations. • Maintain stock availability by implementing Clothing and Home inventory management procedures within the designated area. • Uphold rigorous shopkeeping standards within the department, encompassing pricing accuracy, product adjacency, rack alignment, hanger uniformity, cleanliness, stock replenishment, merchandising protocols, storeroom organization, product integrity, and ensuring stock levels meet customer demand. • Deliver a uniform customer shopping experience that meets established service benchmarks. • Amplify sales during promotions and special events. • Perform weekly risk assessments and documentation. • Guarantee prompt stock replenishment. • Oversee and assess all departmental operations. People Management Responsibilities: • Oversee staffing, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate training and development. • Manage employee relations effectively. Candidate Profile: • A minimum of 2 years' managerial experience in Fashion Retail (Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Department Manager roles). • A tertiary qualification in business, retail, textiles, or a related field is preferred. • Proficient understanding of inventory management principles. • Keen insight into fashion and home retail trends. • Proficiency in computer use.
