Job Title: Technical Co-ordinator Location: Ladysmith Salary: Market Related Job Type: Permanent Sectors: IT, Security Reference: 70251 Vacancy Details Overall purpose of the job: Identify the cause of an overactive alarm / site, engage with the client and arrange an appointment for the technician. Duties & Responsibilities: Knowledge of a variety of alarm panels, access control and CCTV products. Liaising daily with the technician. Planning and scheduling technicians. Communication and feedback to clients on an ongoing basis. Ensuring that correct stock/equipment on job and allocated Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports as required. Request purchase order numbers from customers Manager jobs on Pulse from opening the service request through the life-cycle to submitting for billing. Minimum qualifications and experience: Analytic ability Knowledge of technical issues to do with alarms, CCTV and access control. Ability to read a signal report and form an opinion about the error. Computer literate. Skills and Attributes: Planning skills. Attention to detail Ability to work on their own. Ability to make a decision.
