Job Duties:

Assist in the administration of trusts, estates, and other fiduciary accounts
Prepare and maintain accurate account records and documentation
Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and legal professionals
Assist with financial transactions and investment management
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or related field
Professional certification in fiduciary services is desirable
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Education:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or related field

Experience:

Prior experience in fiduciary services or related financial roles

Knowledge and Skills:

Understanding of trust and estate administration
Knowledge of financial markets and investment products
Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements
Proficiency in financial software and tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certification in fiduciary services
Experience working in a legal or financial institution
