Field Consultant - Nelspruit
Our client has an opportunity available for a Field Consultant based in Nelspruit. Requirements: Matric. N and A. 1 to 5 years’ experience. Must be Computer Literate. Must have POS experience. Pin Pad or Speed point experience. Be able to assist with remote support. Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle. Must always be contactable on phone. Ability to work extended hours, weekends, on-site, and remotely when necessary. Required to travel and at times sleep over in remote areas as required. Cable Management Skills would be advantageous. Responsibilities: Setup and launch new stores without supervision. Diagnose Hardware and Software problems. Provide clients with Pin Pads, Peripheral and Support within SLA. Replace and upgrade hardware. Troubleshoot and resolve network related issues. Send daily feedback to Manager or Team Leader. Ensure that all customer queries are addressed within the SLA stipulated time frame.
