SALES Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate sales/TNPS and improve customer Retention for the client. Implement marketing strategies to increase product awareness, sales/TNPS and profits. Achieve agreed upon sales/TNPS targets and outcomes within agreed timeframes. Assess and track sales/TNPS within assigned area and proactively correct for any variances. Work with sales/TNPS team to schedule and conduct campaigns and other marketing activities. Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention. REPORTING Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports as required. Monitor competitors and report on current marketplace information. Log attendance on specified reporting tool; checking in and out at the prescribed times. Attend meetings & trainings as directed to keep abreast of latest developments. Provide market intelligence and business insights as observed within the assigned area. Obtaining specific information about the clients' needs regarding business expansion, problems affecting their sales, detailed information on products and services offered by them, specific business practices like discount offers, seasonal sales, etc., previous advertising history, and other business practices followed STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Respond to customer needs and requirements Deliver customer services in a courteous manner Ensure delivery of products to customers in a timely manner Implement best practices in sales and service activities Provide ongoing education on all products and services Expedite resolution of customer complaints and monitor customer feedback Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers Provide in store training for in store sales staff Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Qualifications Matric or NQF equivalent 2 years' experience in a sales role with a track record of exceeding revenue sales targets Additional Information Valid Driver's license Proof of business insurance (with 30-day car hire option) Vehicle less than 7 years' old and must be in the name of the successful candidate Work weekends as and when required Will be required to work in the informal sector Apply Now
