My client is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Agent to join their team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate should have a large network/client base that they can engage with, influence and leverage off of. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets through standard selling procedures as well as various sales activation programmes. This could include but not be limited to; community expos, residential estate activations, school/sports club/community centres/shopping centre activations and other events. The role has the potential for growth where the incumbent could take on additional operational and staffing responsibilities, in the form of regional sales manager Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales or a related field Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation, closing skills and objection handling Ability to work independently and as part of a team
