Field Sales Manager Skincare - Cape Town City Centre
An exciting opportunity exists for a Field Sales Manager in Cape Town (Southern Suburbs based sales territory) for a natural skincare and lifestyle brand. If you have a passion for clean beauty brands and proven sales experience (at least 5 years or more) either in skincare or cosmetics, please get in touch.
Pivotal to their success will be to increase their footprint in the local market, thus increasing their brand visibility and awareness, with the objective to grow their brand loyalty amongst SA shoppers, who are looking for clean beauty products.
Purpose of the role:
- Responsible for driving trial, awareness, and increased sales, through calling on both existing and new stores for the various trade channels.
- Conduct regular training, in store, with consultants and promoters to ensure that they educate and inform their customers and shoppers
- Customer- events and trade shows, must be opportunities to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Excellence in execution will be a key measurable of success and this will involve shelf health, stock availability and the effective use of the point -of- sale elements in your toolkit. Your people skills and ability to manage a team is critical to your success.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (at least 5 years or more) either in skincare or cosmetics
- Beauty Diploma or equivalent an advantage
- Own reliable vehicle plus valid driver’s licence
- Local travel and occasional overtime and weekend hours
- Target and Incentive Driven
- Must be a team player, an active learner and problem-solver
