The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that efficient customer service is established and maintained. Job Responsibilities Achieving monthly sales targets to ensure increase in sales volumes and market share. Co-ordinate and attend promotions and trade shows to develop new business opportunities. Compile market surveys and sales reports (including awareness on which client is buying from our competitors) and handling. Attending to customer complaints and queries. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. Ensure that excellent administrative practices are in place. Manage allowance of trading (discount) Required Qualifications and Experience Diploma or Degree will be an added advantage, coupled with 3 - 6 years of experience in the FMCG & Food Services industry. Excellent negotiation skills. Organised and systems orientated. Ability to work under pressure. Willingness to travel. Skills/Other attributes: Planning and organizing skills. Attention to detail.
