This Position: - This is a very dynamic and fast-track position reporting to the BESS Service Supervisor. The position will be the key member of the service team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide on-site and remote commissioning of BESS systems, PCS and PV inverters.Perform on site and remote technical support and troubleshootingCoordinate with R&D engineering in China if required help during troubleshootingProvide service technical reports to customers and to supervisor during and after site visits in a timeously manner Provide feedback to customers with regards to the status of the open service repair ticketsMaintain good relationships with customers.
