The Finance Administrator will be responsible for daily financial tasks, including financial planning, accounting, and analytical duties, to ensure the company's financial success. Invoicing - Send daily Invoices, and Job cards to Customers. - Send monthly rental invoices and statements - Queries - Contract maintenance - division list to be drafted Payments - Daily & Monthly (on time) - Draft unpaid suppliers list - Maintain bank beneficiaries Bookkeeping - Import bank statement (daily) - Allocating supplier payments (daily) - Capture irregular SIV - Bank Recons (Current acc & credit cards) - Receivables - Monthly report submission Other Tasks - Yearly Escalations - Commission calculation - Special account recon Strong financial planning and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of finance principles and accounting procedures Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel Ability to work independently and as a team A degree in finance, accounting or relevant field is required Experience in a similar role is preferred. 1- 3 years working experience Relevant financial qualification
