Must have above average personal interaction skills and be proactive. Someone self-motivated, target & deadline driven. The Candidate needs to have a strong financial back ground and be able to understand basic processes and the ablitily to work without supervision. The successful Candidate will be liable for completing the below mentioned tasks: Creditor’s and Debtor’s reconciliations are processed and presented for sign off as per agreed protocol. CFP is updated as per agreed protocol & published as per agreed timeline. Ensuring all documentation is scanned and filed as per agreed company protocol. Capturing beneficiaries on Standard bank Loading payments on Standard Bank Creditor’s & Debtor’s Age Analysis reports to be submitted as per agreed timeline. Creditor’s A-Z list is completed (all queries are resolved) and all creditor’s reconciled by the 10 th of each month. Management of Staff clock in times All disciplinary actions – issuing of staff warnings and arranging of hearings Preparation of skills and training reports to be submitted to Department of Labour Drafting and implementation of Employment Equity plan In association with SEESA Capture all Staff Data on SEESA software. Ensure company is BEE compliant – Currently in process. Prepare contracts for new employee’s. Induction of new employee’s. All adhoc tasks and instructions are completed within the given timeline.
