As part of the development of our activity in Johannesburg, South Africa, we are looking for a F&I Manager (Finance & Insurance) (M/F). This is a key role that provides support our activities by providing an efficient service to customers through vehicle finance and the sale of approved products to maximise gross profit while ensuring that all training, fit & proper, honesty and integrity requirements of the Financial Service Board FSB are upheld. Your tasks: Deliver on agreed performance targets according to budget & sales targets; Maximize second gross profit; Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes; Ensure that we remain compliant in accordance with legislation requirements. Reporting directly to the company's sales manager and country; Recording and reporting on transactional activities; Conduct financial needs analysis on sales of value added finance and insurance products; Manage and maintain the finance and insurance debtors book and effectively manage the applicable administration and other related processes Requirements Knowledge of the NCA, CRA, FAIS, FICA; 3 years experience in a similar role with a customer services focus within the Automotive Retail Industry; Credit Management Diploma will be advantageous; Excellent oral and written communication; Sense of organization and rigor; Mastery of office tools (G Suite in particular); Dynamic, proactive and curious are qualities that are recognized in you with a great open-mindedness; Autonomy does not scare you; Experience in the automotive industry or in an administrative service is a plus; Coming from training or commercial experience, you have a very strong customer/service orientation and excellent skills in commercial negotiation; You know how to reassure your interlocutor, convince and close sales; You like the challenge, to surpass yourself, and you do not visualize the objectives as a course to be reached but to be exceeded; You have undeniable interpersonal skills on the phone, an appetite for the automotive sector with a start-up mindset; You dream of a company that will allow you to evolve according to your results and a remuneration rewarding your performance (fixed salary uncapped variable).
