Swakopmund Area – Namibia: Our client is looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to join the team. Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Degree in Finance, Business & Commerce and Supply Chain Management 5 years of experience in the same or similar role including operations management and supply-chain management Substantial experience in data entry management, reconciliation, reporting and filing. Expert in regional tax, VAT, and other statutory returns. Proven management experience Experience in Systems Analysis, Systems Evaluation, and process optimisation Computer literate Accounting Software: Sage/Pastel; MS Office: Excel/Outlook/Word Payroll: PaySpace TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED Job knowledge (production, operations, finance) Functional Knowledge and Skills Planning & Organising Creativity Problem Solving Attention to Detail Work efficiently and accurately Financial and Quantitative Develop Systems and Processes BEHAVIOURAL & LEADERSHIP COMPTENCIES REQUIRED Accountability/Dependability Communication Leadership Develop Oneself Foster open communication Drive for Results Honesty and integrity Drive for Results Coaching & Mentoring Influencing Others ONLY short listed candidates will be contacted
