Avacare Health is seeking A finance Analyst responsible to provide accurate financial reporting on company's profitability, solvency, and identify business opportunities in where applicable. Analyse business financial performance, trends and recommend ways to generate more resources and improve the revenue of an organisation. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. 2 years' experience as a Finance Analyst in a multinational organisation or listed organisation Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or Economics or any relevant qualification Financial Analysis - extensive experience in financial management, including gathering and analyzing data, organizing reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Modelling Skills- Ability to design, build and test financial models for different scenarios and purposes. Budgeting and forecasting - understanding budgets and create forecasts to support projects related to cash flow and revenue and any other finance projects Financial Planning and Analysis Oversee projects that relate directly to an organization's revenue and expenses, cash flow, long-term investments, and [URL Removed] cost-benefit analyses for projects across departments while identifying areas where cash flow and revenue can be improved. Reporting and Forecasting Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast modelsAnalyze financial data and prepare reports and forecast based on analysisIdentify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvementTrack and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecastsOrganize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as yearly growth, return on assets, return on equity and earnings per share Strategy Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysisEstablish and evaluate profit plansExplore investment opportunitiesConsult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scopeEvaluate and analyze capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, [URL Removed] financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control and project controlReview all non-legal pertinent information about prospective dealsDrive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function Desired Skills: Reporting Financial analysis Financial Reporting Management Financial Modelling Budgeting Forecasting Desired Work Experience: 2 to 5 years Financial Analysis Desired Qualification Level: Degree About The Employer: Founded in 1996, the Avacare Health Group is a multinational healthcare company operating in 20 African countries, the Middle East, Asia, the US, Canada and Australia.
