About the Role: The Partner Finance Analyst is a crucial role focused on forecasting and overseeing partner finance programs with precision and adherence to regulatory requirements. Through collaboration with stakeholders, thorough market analysis, and strategic insights, you must drive the organisation toward meeting commercial goals and supporting departmental initiatives. Your work fosters strong relationships across diverse partnerships while ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency. Role & Responsibilities: 1. Financial Forecasting and Management: Provide accurate and timely forecasting for partner finance programs, covering areas such as vendor rebates, distribution rebates, marketing funding for events, funded heads through marketing programs, and international rebates; Manage tasks related to outstanding rebate payments and reconciliations. 2. Financial Audits and Compliance: Oversee partner rebate commercial audits and collaborate with stakeholders to manage outcomes effectively; Work with partners to standardise, formalise, and document partner audits for benchmarking and ongoing standardisation efforts; Participate in analytics, automation, and compliance projects within the team, ensuring productivity and a commercial return on investment (ROI); Manage SOX controls specifically related to rebates. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise extensively with various company departments, including sales, purchasing, finance, and warehouse, to ensure seamless operations and communication; Fulfill additional tasks as required and directed by management. Must have Experience: Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong skills; Proven data analysis experience; Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines; Excellent organisational skills and adeptness at working independently; Effective communication skills, including facilitation of meetings and leading discussions; Capability to establish and maintain productive relationships across different levels of management and staff; Solid analytical capabilities; Strong commercial acumen. Requirements: Contribute to the Mosaic platform by analysing data to provide reporting and identify process improvement opportunities; Support the NPS (Net Promoter Score) program through managing, analysing, and reporting data to improve the customer experience; Manage the Supplier supporting workstream, acting as an intermediary between ITS, Supplier Management, and Suppliers; Manage the employee engagement workstream (GEM) and provide promotional and engagement content for offices and regular emails.
