Finance and Administrative Officer (Half-day) - Paarl

CTS (Carpentry Trade Solutions) Architectural Hardware supplies all products related to the carpentry trade. They specialize in product specific hardware systems for timber doors and windows, as well as Architectural Ironmongery.

Responsibilities:

• Debtors, creditors, and bank reconciliations
• Debtors’ liaison in relation to statements and outstanding payments
• Filing of all purchases, deliveries, invoices etc.
• Assist with imports paperwork
• Assist with project reconciliations (what was quoted, deposits and payments received, invoices and deliveries)
• General administration support

Requirements:

• Matric Certificate (relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous)
• Experience in bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, debtors, and creditors reconciliation
• Experience with IQ Retail computer programme
• Experience in imports will be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English
• Above average numerical skills
• Accuracy & attention to detail
• Ability to function well under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Drivers licence & own transport
