We are looking for a Finance Assistant to support our client’s day-to-day transactions, including expenses and payroll. Finance Assistant responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining cost reports and managing invoices. If you have an accounting background and are interested in the finance field , we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll help maintain our c lient's financial health and make sure they use their resources beneficially. What’s in it for you - Salary: R 6 ,500 – R 8 ,000 per month depending on experience 40 days paid holiday annually Untaken annual leave will automatically roll over to the following year. Fully remote working ( own laptop essential ) Mandatory Skills – minimum 3 years' experience in: Analytical and critical thinking skills Confident in communication and working within a tight knit team. Strong commercial awareness Self-motivated, proactive, and innovative style Excel and Microsoft intermediate skills (important) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential. Strong attention to detail (commercial industry / good people skills) Advantageous skills for this role - Account software experience Xero will be highly desirable. Experience with Bookkeeping Experience with Payroll Duties include but not limited to - Managing and recording financial transactions Maintaining accurate company ledgers Administer daily cashflow. Processing supplier and client invoices for approval and payment Assisting with reconciliations Year-end accounts assistance Streamline financial procedures and administration. Ad hoc duties as required by the management team.
