Finance Business Partner - - Randburg

Requirements:

BCom Accounting or Financial Management Honours or equivalent
CA(SA) qualification is essential
3+ years experience in a similar role (within the mining industry preferred)
Proficiency in JDE, IBM TM1, IBM Cognos, PowerBi, and Advanced Excel
Willingness to travel

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Conduct the analysis of business results, diving deep into variances and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive improvements
Compile budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and providing valuable insights to support decision-making
Manage the budget and forecast process, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement
Assess the feasibility of CAPEX and other projects, contributing to informed decision-making
Oversee the variable product cost process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Conduct stock, stores, and raw material valuation and reconciliation activities
Provide decision and project support for Finance, Site Management, Operations, and Senior Management
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to optimize site costs and enhance operating unit performance
Review and sign off on results and financial statements, ensuring compliance with internal controls
Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, delivering actionable insights to drive business growth
Conduct financial modeling and analytical tasks to support strategic initiatives
Evaluate new business opportunities and assist with process implementation and analysis
