Our client is looking for a dynamic individual that has a flair with numbers and working with figures. A strong problem solver will do amazing in this Accounts Administrator position. This role is perfect for an early starter in their career that has just completed their Finance/ Accounting degree or national diploma in Finance/Accounts. Duties: Daily reconciliations on stock versus actuals between 3 Service stations Must have attention to detail. You will be required to problem solve within your role Onsite visits to analyse stock discrepancies- (Must have your own vehicle and driver's license) Weekly and Monthly reconciliations for the 3 service stations Accounting reporting on the findings and interpreting the information through to the stakeholders Daily engagement with stakeholders, strong communication is key Requirements: Completed Matric A degree in Finance OR Accounting OR a Diploma in Finance OR Account OR Bookkeeping Education- Some formal financial education is necessary Own vehicle is NON-NEGOTIABLE This role requires onsite visits for which the person will be reimbursed. R8 000 to R12 000
