Our client, an International Market Leader seeks an INNOVATIVE and RESILENT Finance Director to lead the Finance Team within one of their Entities. This role requires a strategic think with a humble approach; someone who has a passion for PROCESS and PEOPLE. Skills and Behavioural competencies include: BCom (Accounting), CIMA or equivalent financial qualification. Minimum of 3 years accounting REPORTING experience. Experience with LARGE VOLUMNE of financial data. Experience with financial SYSTEMS: Tech Savvy. Minimum 3-5 years managerial experience. Advanced MS Excel Engagement with senior Stakeholders Critical & strategic thinker Operational approach - Transformational Management Strong Technical Savvy; relating to financial data Understanding the full Audit process Understanding of IFRS Duties include but not limited to: Financial Reporting Corporate Governance Audits Regulatory Requirements Compliance with IFRS Funds & Asset Management Forecasting Robust Critical Systems & Controls People Management
