Seeking an expat Financial Director to join a dynamic team in the heart of Ghana within the mining industry. Purpose of the Job: As our Financial Director, you'll play a crucial role in shaping financial strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include: Partner with the business to ensure that the financial strategy, policies, processes and budgets support the overall strategic direction of the business. Comply with regulatory and statutory reporting requirements and governance frameworks. Ensure timeous submission and analysis of required financial information and reports e.g. financial, management and statutory reports, both IFRS and OHADA/ SYSCOA.
