We're looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail, strong math skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently. This position will add value to our overall effectiveness and improve our operations by providing the necessary support to the factory. We are in Atlantis, Cape Town making high end, branded shirts and trousers such as Polo, Dickies and Brentwood for the local market. Perform administrative/finance duties to support daily business operations. Manage accounts receivable and payable. Monitoring financial transactions and troubleshooting of invoices Filling and organizing of all financial documents. General administration Stock take Creditors Resolving and investigation accounting issues Asset Management-tagging of Assets (New and Old) Pastel certificate (Finance) 0-1 years' working experience. Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Advanced Excel Honesty, dependability, integrity and good work ethics with a positive attitude and high energy levels.
