RPO Recruitment is currently looking for a highly qualified Finance Manager to join our clients team. Their offices are based in Johannesburg and Cape Town. As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company. Responsibilities Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Develop and implement financial policies and procedures Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to senior management Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals Requirements Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or similar role Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field CA(SA) In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Strong leadership and team management abilities Benefits Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
