QUALIFICATIONS Post graduate qualification in Accounting {CA(SA)} or Actuarial Science MBA EXPERIENCE Minimum of 5 years' post qualification experience in financial management 2-5 years practical business experience in a senior management or leadership role Must have a solid, in depth understanding of the insurance / financial business environment, processes, legislative and industry requirements In depth understanding of insurance reporting standards including IFRS 17 Rest of Africa experience/exposure Actuarial environment exposure will be an advantage R1 300 000 - R1 500 000
