Finance Manager - - Johannesburg

Responsibilities:

Validating invoices and payments from suppliers, including both local and international vendors.
Compiling monthly reconciliations for the balance sheet.
Aiding in the development of annual budgets.
Contributing insights to the weekly cash-flow projection for expenses.
Supporting the audit of sales representatives' expense claims by cross-referencing with supporting data.
Assisting in processing intercompany recharge transactions.
Daily updating of entity bank balances and preparing daily bank reconciliations.
Assisting in the month-end reporting process.
Providing assistance with external audit inquiries and data requests.
Participating in gathering supporting data for BBBEE verification.
Entering Goods Received Notes (GRVs) into Pastel for received stock and verifying the accuracy of supplier invoice details.
Collaborating on the implementation, upkeep, and enhancement of financial controls, policies, procedures, and systems as necessary.
Handling company secretarial responsibilities across various group entities.
