Finance Manager - Johannesburg
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in the BuildSmart system is essential.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably within the construction industry.
Bachelor of Commerce Honors degree or equivalent qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage budgeting processes to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and reporting for informed decision-making.
Oversee human resources functions within the finance department.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Implement and refine financial management systems and procedures.
Lead review and reconciliation processes to maintain accuracy.
Coordinate audit processes and address findings efficiently.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team and site administrators.
