Finance Manager - Cape Town City Centre
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, maintain the general ledger / trial balance and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.
Recommend enhancements and modifications for the department, covering accounting systems and strengthening internal controls.
Ensure that financial records are accurate and in compliance with accounting standards.
Work closely with other departments to provide support on financial matters.
Managing external audits and providing information and support as required.
Team management
Supervise team members to ensure finance department objectives and deadlines are met.
Manage the performance of team members.
Requirements:
4+ years experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
Deadline driven and goal oriented.
Proficient in the use of financial management software. Sage X3 advantageous

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
