Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring growth and development.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, half-year, and year-end financial accounts and reports for management.
Cost Analysis: Conduct WIP and cost accounting for manufactured inventory; analyze costs and sales performance.
Budgeting and Planning: Manage company budget, develop financial trends and projections, and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
Cash Management and Compliance: Oversee cash position, manage debtors and creditors, and ensure financial compliance through liaising with auditors.

Qualifications:
B. Comm Accountancy or equivalent, CIMA qualification advantageous
4-6 years in financial management
Advanced user of Syspro or Sage Evolution
