Finance Manager - Johannesburg

My client is a JSE listed entity been around for over 25 years based in the North of Johannesburg, with key focus on both Residential and Commercial Property.
This role reports to the National Finance Manager some of the responsibilities will be strategic management in terms of budgeting, forecasts, report to the board, year-end working reporting, analyse and evaluate financial information, make decisions based on this information and plan the implementation of these decisions. Group consolidations, preparations and presenting of management packs, audits and submissions of VAT and TAX.

- BCom Honours Accounting
- SAICA articles
- CIMA in Progress
- 10years relevant Commercial Property Industry
- MDA System knowledge non-negotiable
