Contract Finance Manager Wanted for a Leading Higher Education Institution in Cape Town 3-Month Contract Opportunity Are you a seasoned finance professional with a knack for leading teams and ensuring smooth financial operations? We have an exciting short-term contract role that could be perfect for you Primary Goal: Maintain seamless financial operations. Why Join Them? Engage with a dynamic and passionate team in the heart of Cape Town. Contribute to the smooth running of financial operations Main Responsibilities: Lead and support the finance team to ensure all essential financial tasks are executed efficiently. This includes accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll, and month-end processes. Take a hands-on approach to key tasks such as: Completing month-end activities, validating revenue processes, and checking accrued/deferred revenue. Closing monthly financials and submitting reports to the holding company within two days post month-end. Make a significant impact during this transitional period. Key Requirements: Proven experience in managing a team responsible for company accounts and payroll. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee and enhance control processes. A CA(SA) or similar R85 000 per month CTC - Negotiable
