Job Title: Finance Manager Location: Cape Town Job Type: Full-time Overview: RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our clients team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring financial stability and growth. Responsibilities: Prepare business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts Make sure financial legal requirements are met Develop financial reporting systems Find ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business processes Aid management in financial decisions Collecting, interpreting and revieing financial information Reporting to management and stakeholders and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk Supervising and assisting finance team Collaborate with accounting team to support various accounting projects and activities on a daily basis. Provide assistance to prepare financial statements according to company policies. Prepare financial status and analysis reports for Board of Directors. Ensure financial team follows the institutions policies and regulations Assist in account payable and receivable activities. Prepare the financial system for internal audit. Prepare the financial system for the external annual audit. Qualifications: Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals to achieve common goals. A minimum qualification of a B.COM or other accounting qualification.
