Reference: NWI001918-HSM-1 Finance Manager Wanted in Dubai. Our esteemed client is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join their dynamic team in Dubai. If you have a strong financial background and a passion for excellence, this opportunity is for you Responsibilities (not limited to): Review financial statements and reporting. Ensure no new attention points for all internal & statutory audits. Conduct financial evaluation and post-implementation review of financial projects. Monitor and evaluate business/finance processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Manage procurement negotiations and implement cost-saving measures. Conduct daily performance reviews of finance managers to ensure adherence to procedures and risk mitigation. Serve as the main point of contact for managing relationships with banks and financial institutions. Anchor the annual budgeting exercise. Maintain and report P&L for each business unit monthly. Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements. Implement new/revised accounting guidelines from HQ. Reduce overdue receivables and work with Sales to structure deals for large customers. Handle all governance matters with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure complete, accurate, and timely recording and reconciliation of all transactions. Lead and support the local finance team, providing training and supervision.
