Description FINANCE MANAGER (ROAD TRANSPORT INDUSTRY) We are seeking a Finance Manager for our client in the road transport industry to be based in Durban. The successful incumbent will ensure the integrity of financial reports and records, maintain a strong internal control environment and compliance, deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting, and analytical review of the business. The ideal candidate will be operationally involved to provide critical business support. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent qualification. CPA / CA(SA) or equivalent qualification an advantage. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Minimum 7 years of experience in related field (Manufacturing experience preferred). Experience in a managerial position or supervisory role for the last 3 years. Key Competencies Required Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Capable of working in a diverse team in an unstructured environment. Commercial insight into the business and the drive to become operationally involved. Deadline driven and capable to provide results in a demanding position. Fluent command of English, spoken and written. Analytical thinker and numerate. Effective planning, organizational and time management skills. Experience in an ERP and reporting system. Excellent keyboard skills, computer literate and experienced in spreadsheet packages.
